About Kin Naturopathy.
Hi, I'm Lucy
I'm a degree-qualified naturopath (Bachelor of Health Science) with a passion for helping people understand their bodies and feel confident in their health.
My clinical interests lie in women's health, nervous system regulation and gut health because these areas are so deeply interconnected. I have a particular interest in supporting people living with anxiety, depression and the lasting effects of trauma, alongside hormonal and digestive conditions.

My Why

Why I became a naturopath:
I've always been fascinated by the body's ability to heal when given the right support. That's what led me to naturopathy, combining modern scientific evidence with traditional wisdom to care for the whole person.
Every person walks into my clinic with a unique story, which is why I take the time to understand your health history, lifestyle, stress levels, nutrition and goals before creating an individualised treatment plan.
One of the foundations of my practice is supporting the nervous system, which lies very close to my heart informed by my own health journey.
Our nervous system influences digestion, hormones, immunity, inflammation, sleep and emotional wellbeing. When we create safety within the body, we often create the conditions for healing across multiple body systems.
My role isn't to overwhelm you with endless supplements or unrealistic lifestyle changes. Instead, I aim to provide clear, evidence-based recommendations that feel achievable, empowering and sustainable.
